In 2024, the physician owners of BayCare Clinic, LLP committed $500,000 over five years to support mental health initiatives in Northeast Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. Sheng Riechers played a pivotal role in establishing this grant program, designing it from the ground up while skillfully navigating complex leadership dynamics. She presented her vision to key decision-makers and earned near-unanimous approval from the foundation's board with minimal revisions. Beyond program development, Sheng also secured over $6,000 in earned media coverage within one week of the program’s launch, significantly boosting its visibility and community impact.
